3. Fair Use Policy for "Unlimited" Plans

Our "Unlimited" plans are designed for individual job seekers managing their personal career search. The intention is to provide a frictionless experience without arbitrary limits on core features. However, to prevent abuse and ensure service quality for all users, this policy applies.

• The Services may not be used for commercial purposes, resold, or used for high-volume automated activities (e.g., botting, scripting).
• Usage that significantly exceeds the average user's consumption of AI resources or server capacity may be flagged for review.
• We reserve the right to contact users exhibiting unusual usage patterns and, in extreme cases of abuse, to temporarily or permanently limit access to the Services to protect platform stability.

This policy allows us to provide a genuinely unlimited experience to over 99% of our users while protecting the platform from misuse.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Applique and its licensors. You retain full ownership of the personal data and documents you upload to the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Applique, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
